Caleb joined Barn2Door in October of 2020. He recognized the growth potential of Barn2Door and how committed Barn2Door is in serving the hardest working people in the country – Farmers.
How has Barn2Door evolved since you’ve joined?
In this industry, it’s important to gain a lot of trust. It’s something we’ve been very careful and intentional about building. As a result, we serve a wide variety of Farms on our platform. From small family-owned businesses to large-scale productions, you begin to understand the complexity of their Farm operations and get a better sense of what needs to be done with our product to serve them better.
We’ve grown at such an exciting and fast rate, but we’ve also held our values at the core of everything we do. Our company culture is strong because of this.
What is something that someone who doesn’t work at Barn2Door might not realize about the company?
Something unique about Barn2Door is that we’re here to work for Farmers. Most of the people that join us don’t do it for the job alone, they join Barn2Door because they care about the Farmers we serve. There are plenty of amazing opportunities for career growth at our company, but people are passionate about their work because they love the mission and what we’re doing. That’s what makes us a very competitive business because when we hire people, we look for candidates that realize what we do is a lot bigger than ourselves, and when you come to work, you’re coming to serve Farmers.
Is there anything you want to say to a potential candidate looking to apply to Barn2Door?
