Overview of the Barn2Door Logo Design Process

At the beginning of 2022, we introduced Farm Logos as a new add-on Barn2Door Service, knowing how vital it is to have a logo that captures the essence of your brand. Given the power of your Farm Brand to attract and build loyalty, it was only natural that, in addition to New Websites Customized for Farmers, we added Custom Farm Logos to our repertoire of available services.

A Farm logo is an essential component of building your Farm Brand. As the face of your Farm, a logo is the foundation of your brand identity, how you communicate your values, and distinguishes your products from the competition.

It only takes 7 seconds for a customer to make a first impression of your Farm, and in many cases, a professionally designed logo can be very costly (costing $1000’s of dollars). For a one-time fee of $499, Barn2Door’s Design Team will build a custom logo that captures the essence of your Farm brand, prioritizes design best practices, and makes it easy for customers to recognize your business!

Here’s how the Logo Design Process works:

Farms with an annual Barn2Door Subscription can request a new Farm logo or upgrade an existing logo. To design a unique logo to reflect your brand, Farmers will submit a Logo Intake Form sharing their preferences, including logo shape, colors, and potential fonts to use. For inspiration and more information about how to choose colors, shapes, and fonts, check out this blog:

When Barn2Door receives the intake form, our Designers will draft three (3) different options for the Farmer to review. During the Logo Review meeting, the Designer will share the options, and Farmers are encouraged to share their feedback.

After the meeting, the Designer will share their notes, and Farmers are required to complete and submit the Logo Feedback Form, choosing one logo to undergo a final round of edits. After the edits are complete, the Designer will send the final logo assets – including color variations (from the chosen palette), a browser icon, and Farm Brand guidelines (including fonts and colors). From there, the logo will be available to be used exclusively by the Farmer! After the Farmer has completed one year of their Barn2Door Annual Subscription, then all rights and title to the logo vest with the Farmer.

A good Farm logo has the power to create a strong first impression, separate your business from local competition, and build brand loyalty and trust. Working with 1000’s of Farms across all 50 states, we know what makes a Farm logo pop! If you’re ready to get started, then Sign-up for a Barn2Door Annual Subscription, go to your Account Page, then under Billing Plan, request a Farm Logo!
