The DIRECT conference will focus on the 4 Levers that Farms use to build a  successful direct-to-market businesses: Quality, Brand, Price and Convenience.

We’re thrilled to announce our Price Keynote Speaker: Paul Greive of Pasturebird. He will share his insights and best practices for Farmers to price and package their products better, to streamline your operations, save time and increase your margins.

Paul owns and operates Pasturebird, one of the largest pastured poultry producers in the United States. Originally from Seattle, Washington, Paul was an All-American Track and Field Athlete, then served our country in the United States Marine Corps as an Intelligence Officer. After service, Paul went on to become a Certified Public Accountant and Crossfit enthusiast. His success with and enthusiasm for the Paleo diet led to his consumption of a lot of chicken! Soon Paul and his family realized that labels like ‘Free Range’ and ‘Antibiotic Free’ were misleading and offered no transparency to consumers.

In 2012, Paul’s family ordered their first 50 chicks, which eventually led to a full-time pastured poultry business serving the greater Los Angeles area, where they sell to restaurants, grocery stores and direct-to-retail online. Paul and the Pasturebird team are passionate about regenerative farming—including building soil, never using antibiotics, and focusing on delivering a high-quality, nutritious poultry product.

Pasturebird has simplified their product offerings, going against the trend to sell ‘by weight’, and instead focusing on simplified pricing and packaging options. As a result, Paul has eliminated customer confusion, increased order conversion and saved themselves time.

Join us to learn more about Paul’s market-tested and proven Pricing methods, FREE on August 4, 2020.

Register for the DIRECT Conference, and stay tuned for more speaker updates!
